Preventive youth protection

Voluntary guidance
With preventive youth protection, we guide your families with the consent of all those involved in your family. Preventive youth protection is voluntary. This means that no measure has been imposed by the juvenile court.

Preventive youth protection is temporary, aimed at restoring and reinforcing the strength of your child and your family. It is decided at the so-called (youth) protection table whether preventive youth protection will be used. The (youth) protection table is a consultation between several parties, such as the certified institution, the municipality and other youth aid organisations involved.
